So I just got a new rig with i5-4690K, Asus Z-97 Pro Gamer, Gigabyte R929WF3 (R9 290), 2x4Gb Corsair Vengeance, In Win GT1, Samsung 850 Evo SSD and 2 other HDDs, ODD, planning on installing aftermarket cooler and I have a FSP700 50ARN, and I noticed that the Voltages for CPU are jumping a lot when browsing web, is this ok or should I swap the PSU for a new one from better tier?
Also will 650W will be sufficient for this? It won't run in crossfire, but the GPU on load is taking about 290W, wouldn't want to underpower my system.

I would always recommend a certified (gold, platinum) PSU by Seasonic (Antec), Silverstone, XFX or EVGA to ensure no spikes or generally issues.

650 will be more than sufficient to run that setup, leaving some headroom even for overclocking etc.

The shop doesn't have other PSUs + I have a limited budget, I could order one but the waiting time would be 2+ weeks
I'm currently running 4.5 GHz with stock cooler (this is what AI Suite automatically tested and set)

This is the website with possibilities

The Corsair RM for 121 would be a better choice if you can swing it.

Way out of my price range, I already didn't buy aftermarket cooler simply because I ran out of money :D

Well keep the PSU then for now, save money and then get a better one.

Your current PSU may be damaging the components slowly but surely, this is what you want to avoid. By getting another cheap one, you aren't helping the problem.

Also Coolermaster PSU's are NOT the way to go hahaha. Steer clear of those.

You know what actually that V650S is Tier one and gold rated, you should be fine with that. Sorry CM quality has a huge difference between their lines, and generally is not the best. but the V series is made by Seasonic according to the tier list.

Not sure. Either way, to be sure 100%, I would forever steer clear of their PSU offerings. Just to be safe

Sveiciens Tev arī!

I bought my current PSU there (including all setup) last week and if I'm really lucky then I should be able to exchange it for CM PSU and also paying the difference.

edit: What about FSP Aurum 700 would you recommend it over CM V series (I probably know the answer, but still have to be sure)?

I could order from the shop with a waiting time ~2 weeks, the price range should be the same.
