Asrock p67 debug 19

Was testing my motherboard when the debug code 19 came up, it says it is a memory problem however my ram is perfectly fine as I tested it on another pc and so is my CPU.

Any ideas what this could be

16GB RAM
I7 3770 CPU
500W PSU

Is it the same with single RAM module in each slot?

What's the exact model of the motherboard and what's the BIOS version (Px.xx): http://www.asrock.com/support/images/FindBIOS-1.jpg ?

but i'm not sure on the bios because i'm not at home

When possible, check the sticker on the BIOS chip and see if P3.10 or later.

Got home and my Bios say it is P1.80

Then a BIOS update is needed.
Try contacting ASRock and explaining them the issue. They might send you a BIOS chip for replacing the board's one (it's on socket). Or you can order one on ebay.
