I have a problem with my BitComet. I'm facing a problem in Bitcomet with yellow light on status bar and it says "Your listen port is blocked. Check your Firewall and NAT Router configurations". My type of internet connection is Broadband (PPPoE)/WAN Minipport (PPPoE). I have just one cable into my desktop computer and it is all. I'm using username and password to connect.

What kind of device is PPPoE using? Router or switch? My ISP put a small box outdoors with device within. They said me that it was a switch. If it is a switch will i be able to open a port for BitComet from RouterOS WebFig Login after login in 62.73.109.***/webfig/?

My first default gateway (default gateway of PPP Adapter Unisat) - 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.255
IPv4 adress 10.64.68.***

Second default gateway (Ethernet Adapter Ethernet) - 10.64.69.1
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
IPv4 Adress 10.64.69.**

BitComet:

LAN IP: 10.64.68.***
WAN IP: 62.73.109.***
Listen Port of TCP: 21188 (Blocked by Firewall/Router)
Listen Port of UDP: 21188 (Opened in Firewall/Router)
Windows Firewall: Failed
UPnP NAT Port Mapping: Failed [UPNP Device Not Found!]
TCP Connections: Established: 0, Half-Open: 0

The IP adress is REAL when WAN IP = LAN IP, right?

"Real" IP address means that it can be reached from Internet (in your case - other torrent clients). In your case, you don't have WAN address, but LAN address. It does not matter whether you have another router or not, the address you were given is already private.

Would you please say me how to understand whether my IP is private and real or not.

Can IP adress be private and real at the same time?
I talked to my ISP and they said me that i have to pay 5 bucks more every month for a real IP adress. Do i have to ask them for a public IP too?
