Have vista installed on my old HP laptop with all the HP bloatware and everything still on there. It uses about 2gb of ram, but the poor turion cores max out just on the OS screen.
My question is would it be better to just install linux puppy or mint on it to get a better web browsing and FB experience? Would still like to watch videos on it.
Also noted I use Mozilla Firefox and it runs about 300mb of ram alone on it. I used to be able to play games on it like Arcanum of Steamworks and Magicka.
Also I have a corrupted file of Civ 4 I can't get rid of and its stuck in the uninstall program list..
