Safe mode with networking: Windows update

Ok so, before everyone tells me to go off Safe Mode, I litterally CAN NOT. As my pc would crash after 3 seconds in normal mode...

Now we got that out of the way. I need to be able to open Windows Update in Safe Mode with Networking. However Microsoft made this so that we can't do this naturally.

Does anyone have ANY idea how to do this, this is REALLY important for me and I'd be very happy if someone can actually help me with this (this also includes being able to do updates).

Well the thing is, I'm actually reinstalling them as my pc is having huge difficulties right now. I made another post about this (which not many people seem to be answering).
Link: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2607578/failed-load-detection-driver-ati-graphics-driver.html

I have deinstalled my drivers and now I need to reinstall them which I'm not able to via the installer from AMD itself as I get the 'fail to detection driver' something error. So I was planning on updating my stuff via Windows Update as some people in other posts have been suggesting.

Was your system overclocked at all (from the previous installation)? If so, access the BIOS and revert back to stock speeds before proceeding with installing Windows.

Also, what are the specs (make/model of components) for this rig?

They may have been overclocked, I have ASROCK 890FX Deluxe3, which was able to do that.

Is there a specific link to just "installing windows 7" ? Because if I google it there is some complicated stuff out there.
+ Won't reinstalling windows remove all my programs?

Well I've got this PC for several years now and it used to run really well from the start.
I've had some bsod randomly but I was able to fix them. I also used to have a messed up graphics card, I bought a new one and that solved that. And the overall slowness that a pc gains after getting old.

Otherwise nothing too major that I wasn't able to fix. But this is the first time that I am not able to go on normal mode. (only safe mode)

Oh and PS: I'm rather sure that Windows Update works on Normal mode (as it did yesterday even), but it just doesn't on Safe Mode.

You may simply have a corrupted registry at this point, if so the best option would be to completely reload Windows (clean installation). If you can boot into Safe Mode, you should be able to save all of your files (those you want to keep) to an alternate device (like an external HDD).
