Ram dual channel issues

I have 2x8 GB Ram of Corsair Vengeance but i am unable to use them in dual channel mode. I have two pair of dual channel RAM slot but when i insert both ram according to the pair color slot my setup refuse to run and appear a red led light for ram. The other pair also exact the same problem. So i test each ram with each slot and found out both ram work in A1 and B2. But when i connect to A2 or B2 only it will flash a red led light(Ram). Now i am running 16Gb on A1 and B1 on single channel. Do anyone know how to solution to this?

An Asus Z87 plus
i7 4770k overclock to 4.3ghz
and a 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro series 1866 mhz DDR3

and + one more thing, 3 of my fan connecting to corsair cpu cooler H100i just died.
The fans are alright, its the connection that is failing
