Hi all,

This has been bothering me for months now, but since I've been busy I've pushed this issue under the hypothetical rug. When installing my GPU into my case (Bitfenix Comrade) I realised that there was no way for my gpu to screw into my case securely. As in, my gpu is only being held in by the fact it is in the PCI-e port. The possibility that I'm being very stupid is quite high, but I just can't seem to work out how to screw the case in. I will be posting pictures in the replies section shortly. Please help me work out a solution as this has been worrying me for quite some time.

I would have to see the photos first. Do you get any issues with your computer or are you just worried that it's a lot of weight pulling down? (don't worry, I'd worry if it were me)

Hi, thanks for replying and sorry for not replying for a long time. I have been having GPU issues however I believe these are mainly temperature problems. I'll see about taking those photos now my pc is in a nicer position to take them.

As you can see the graphics card is almost too high to be screwed in. I have a sneaking suspicion that I actually mounted the whole mobo too high as I used stilts but I think (?) that the case has premade stilt/seperators built in.

It's seated properly. I've been having this problem for a while. My 760 runs at between 70-80 degrees when playing games (celcius) and crashes randomly. Last night it failed completely. I've put it back in now and it's outputting but it's only a matter of time before the whole pc crashes again..

Is there dust in it?

Cleaned it and lubricated the fans. No solution on crashes. I've spoken to amazon and will be recieving a full refund. My guess is heat caused the card to warp and perhaps unsolder parts.
