Today I received a window's message telling this: windows detected a Hard Disk problem and it adviced me to do a backup to save my files. I searched on google and I showed me that the only solution is to replace my HDD but I can't do it right now. I have no money to spend on a new HDD and I'm just going crazy. I have another HDD (an old one) 160 GB by Samsung and I put some files in it but there's no enough space to put others.

My HDD is a Seagate ST500DM002 and it's not so old (it's 1 year and a half of usage).

I'm not an english native speaker but I hope I was clear so you could understand my problem. Here's printscreens from HD Tune Health sector.

I checked my older HDD and all status was ok.

Hi there LipsBran,

According to the results, the HDD could fail at any time. Just like the other guys, I would suggest you to back up the data that is stored on it(or at least the most crucial of it). If the HDD is still under warranty, just contact the manufacturers support and eventually RMA it.
Apart from that, it seems that the HDD has some bad sectors issue. Also, the increased temperature could point towards a mechanical one.
My advise(except for backing up your data) would be to retest the drive in order to be sure that the results are correct. You can run some brand specific testing tools as well.

Most likely yes!
The seagate barracuda hdd is known to fail after up to 18 months.

Best choice is to back-up everything just incase and just continue using your pc until it stops working. From what I know, seagate provides a 2 year guarantee with their products so contacting seagate right now would be best just to receive help from the right guys.

Best to just get in contact with seagate's customer service and request a replacement. After all seagate does have a 2 year guarantee. I say just get the replacement and if that fails too, then go with a more reliable brand like Western Digital or Toshiba etc
