i was playing cs:go, when i was playing suddenly the game just frezze, i can't close the game so i used the End Process Tree from Task Manager.
the game window is closed but i still can se the process on Task Manager and i can't re-run the game because Steam say the game still running.

i decided to restart the pc, but then it just stay on Shutting Down screen for more that 10 minutes so then i decided to press the Reset button.
after the windows started i realize that my D and E drives are gone (partitioned from 1 hdd).
i tried to restart the windows again and it's still the same, so i check the BIOS and even the BIOS is not detecting my hdd.
and then i tried to unplug and repluging the sata and power cable, now the BIOS detecting the hdd but when i started the windows it's asked me to Initialize the hdd and then i choosed MBR after pressing OK the computer says "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."

and now i don't know what else should i do
i really need to get the data back

the hdd is Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM
the os is Windows 7 Ultimate

i've also tried to swap the SATA port and cable with other hdd and still got the same problem and the other hdd works just fine i think the problem is not the SATA port or cable
