This is absolutely a curiosity I have.
I've managed to change a lot of things in windows 7 including the background at login, the windows boot animation, even startup sounds.

If you don't want to watch the 0:25 clip, it's the scene in Jurassic Park where, after failing to get a password correct, a window pops up with an animation/sound that says "Ah ah ah, you didn't say the magic word!"
Of course, I realize this was an early 90's movie, and I was wondering if something like this was possible with windows 7, say, after an incorrect login when the hint appears, it runs [filename.avi] or something. I've tried, but no luck so far.
