New build not working! Not showing on monitor! HELP PLS

Hi guys, I just finished my first custom PC build, but theres a problem. All of the internal fans on my H440 case work, the CPU cooler is working, but the fans on the GTX970 aren't spinning and no display is showing on my monitor? The GPU has 2 x 6 pin power supplies and i have 2 plugged in? Whats wrong with it? (the connection is hdmi btw)

This could be one of several issues. First off the fact that the fans don't turn on isn't odd, because most gpu fans won't go on until at least 45c which is higher then running just the OS will produce. Is the screen display set right at the monitor? do you have the integrated graphics disabled?

Idk about integrated graphics, I haven't touched anything though

Does the screen work on the integrated gpu ( do you have one)?
