Hello everyone! For the longest time I have been a console gamer, but I have heard excellent things about PC gaming. Today I would like some help in choosing the best parts for the absolute best performance in gaming. I have set my budget within the 400-500 dollar price range. Any help is greatly appreciated! Note I am very inexperienced in choosing parts, but I get the general idea. (Post PcPartPicker links below!) :)

It looks like the same video card.

Stick with the i3 over the FX6300. You can't afford a good enough motherboard for the FX at your budget. The motherboard you picked with the FX is terrible. The i3 is better most of the time anyway.

It is easily the best you can get in your budget. It will perform very well for you as long as your expectations are realistic. It's a very solid build with a lot of upgrade potential too. $70 more would get you an i5 if you can swing it.
