My GTA V will not launch at all! This is why my launcher is crashing apparently. Gibberish to me, but maybe someone else can help? This is one of the many many many error/crash messages. This is one of them, they all differ a little bit number/letter wise in some of the areas though.

OK I found a solution. This site (https://www.reddit.com/r/GTAV/comments/32i00r/rockstar_launcher_crashing/) links to the a GTAV_launcher that works (apparently using an Asia Launcher) which gets me to the the Social Club sign in. Everything seems fine now, I'm finally downloading!

What is happening:
When i run "PlayGTAV.exe", the splash screen comes up for not even a second, and then closes.

When I run "GTAVLauncher.exe", a spinning circles comes up for one second, and then nothing happens.

I delete the launcher, run PlayGTAV again, and this time the splash screen comes up and a green bar loads underneath, and it says "Patch is requesting your permission". I click yes, it closes, and nothing happens. I delete the launcher again, run PlayGTAV, same things happens, except this time, I click no. It then says "Game executable path not found. Please reinstall the game."

If I delete the launcher and playgtav exe, and run the setup tool and do a repair, it reinstalls those two exe's. Now if I click run the launcher, it opens! Though, it says "The Rockstar Game Services are unavailable. Please try again later or check the GTA Online Status page for maintenance and outage notifications". I check the link, and everything is up. Clicking retry does nothing.

If I run the PlayGTAV exe while the launcher is open, the splash screen comes out with a loading green bar, it loads and again, asks for patch permission. I click yes. GTA Closes, and the launcher just keeps telling me the same R* is unavailable message. I click no, and same thing.

If I close the launcher, and just open the PlayGTAV, I then cannot just open the launcher to get that message unless i delete both and do a repair install again.
I think those are all the things I did, to try to start the game up. I've done so many, its confusing, but I think I listed them all.

What I have tried:
-Running as admin
-Restarting PC
-Repair Install
-Reinstalling Social Club
-Making sure no GTAV is running in background
-Disabling my GPU (Though that only seems to be a fix for mobile gpus)
-Upgrading Drivers
-Reinstalled Direct X

have you installed the Rock star social club app yet?
If not you it wont run until you install it
I had this exact issue but i never got any error mesages like you but it sounds like the same problem
go to your GTA V folder and theres a folder called installers
In there should be a app called Social Club v1.1.5.6 Setup
Install that and you should be fine
reason being is that you have to activate the game through there before you can play
try that and let us know how ya go.
As i said it worked for me

Thanks for the reply.

Though earlier, I finally decided to just uninstall the game and try re-installing the game. Though now I cannot even install it again.
GTA V has completely been uninstalled. Tried re-installing via GTAV_Setup_Tool.exe.

-Chose path on where to download.
-Said Preparing to download Grand Theft Auto V
-It installed DirectX
-Then continued to install Microsoft Visual C++ Components
-GTA V Splash screen came up, with green loading bar underneath, once fully loaded, it closed out and nothing happened.

I'm at a complete loss on what to do now, I guess. When I did run the setup tool, nothing downloaded/installed. The only things that came into my GTA folder was a version.txt, PlayGTAV.exe, GTALauncher.exe, and a Readme folder. And then like I said, after the Microsoft Visual C++ Installs, the splash screen comes up with a green loading bar, fully loads, and then closes out.
