Best way to package a graphics card, and keep it safe from static and damage?

This question might seem dumb, but what would be the best way to package a graphics card without any of the original packaging for shipping? I was thinking about using a normal shipping box, and then use a ton of anti-static bubble wrap to keep the card safe from static discharge, and of course from moving during transport. Would this be a good way of going about doing this?

Solution
Use static-free bubble-wrap, wrap around GPU, then put the package into a manilla envelope big enough to fit. Pretty much what i7Baby said.

Or another option is foam, but then you got to cut it.
