My computer is starting to show it's age pretty badly and I'd like to upgrade for under $400 USD (though, if I need to I will spend higher); preferably without having to replace everything, as I don't want to spend too much.

Right now, I just want to see if I can only replace my graphics card.

I don't know a terrible amount about computers, so any advice would help.

Here is a album of my specs I got from CPU-Z.

I hope this is sufficient information, I don't really know what would be helpful, and would like some idea of what I should do for an upgrade.

It doesn't say which R7-200 card you have. 240, 250, 260, 260X, 265...
But it appears you have an older first gen FX 4170 on a decent Gigabyte 970 chipset board w/8GB 1333 MHz RAM. So the biggest bang for the buck would be to go for a faster gfx card. If there's any funds left over, then upgrade the CPU to an FX-6350 or FX-8350. But be sure you first check/update your MB BIOS before changing CPUs to be sure the new processors will be recognized.
