Ok now this is almost a repost but I did came up with a proper thing.. check these screenshots
Iam facing these in all the games... Fps drops to 5-10 then shoots back to normal... Did everything possible.. Cleaned the cpu..applied thermal paste.. new cpu cooler

Last time i came here for a solution i was suggested to get a psu.. I bought Antec Neo Eco 520C... dint help...
also i notice when the lag happens gpu usage also falls because of the cpu downclocking itself...

Iam suspecting the thermal sensors on the board are busted thats y the mobo is downclocking the cpu to prevent damage.. I just want to make sure before buying anything.. please help me get to this.. its damn irritating to game like this...

i dont know how to use the AMD overdrive thing coz i dont normally mess around with catalyst settings... And its all set to normal i dont touch it even.. Iam telling u from the screenshot perspective

EDIT: I used every monitoring software possible to get to this point. All shows the same temps 206degrees when fps falls and again cools down and fps shoots back to normal... then randomly again it falls.. cpu shows 206 degrees.. cpu clocks get halved and thus for that gpu usage falls causes lag..
