Need help building a streaming/gaming rig for the lowest possible price!

I'm looking to build my first gaming computer but I have no experience or knowledge when it comes to custom builds. I want the rig to be a dual monitor setup that can handle 1920x1080p 144hz 60fps gaming. All games on ultra. And be able to stream these games on such settings. I went to pc parts picker but was helpless.


Please any help is greatly appreciated.

Price range is just as low as you can possibly get it please.

This is what you are looking for.
Cpu would handle both streaming and gaming very well. I use it myself and i can recommend it to anyone.
Gpu would handle every game on ultra with good fps
You can change the power supply to something smaller like 500W, unless you want to SLI in the future.
16gb ram is recommended when you want to stream, possibly edit videos.
You can also change the case to something cheaper but personally i think Corsair 400r is a pretty solid one.
The monitors that i listed are the cheapest g-sync monitors. But in my opinion g-sync is the future and it takes gaming to another level. Of course you can drop it and save some money by getting monitors without gsync.
