My existing system is
CPU :- AMD Athlon II X3
Motherboard :- Asus M2N 68AM PLUS
Ram :- Kingston 3GB DDR2
PSU :- Frontech 450WATT.

Can I buy Asus Strix GTX 960 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card??

Yes you can use that graphic card with your sytem but your Graphic card is going to get bottlenecked by that cpu
you will probably miss top 20% perfomance of GTX 960
