At this budget, AFAIK, this is the most powerful you are going to get. The socket is common though so you can upgrade the CPU to a quad core later on when you have more money. Your games are interesting as DayZ uses LOADS of resources while all of the others are well optimised and can (most likely) be run on...

I want to spend around £350 on these altogether, i can just fit these in with secondhand items, im from england. And no i have not bought anything yet:)

I'm in England too! *virtual high five*

If you can stretch by about £40 you can get a much better performing system:

Another thing you may want to do is get rid of the RAM I've chosen and buy the one from your build, the same with your SSD, replacing the HDD in this build. Hopefully this should get the cost down a bit :)

I would watch out using that Dual Core as some games dont allow it . Like Far Cry 4

True, it's just that that CPU offers the best value for money currently and there are normally workarounds for things like Far Cry 4's stupid CPU selective launcher.

The dual core might be a really good option but i would like to start streaming so would it be powerful enough? I also do not have interest in hardcore gaming. I play league of legends and a few steam games like dayz and garrys mod. I would like to use a few windows at once, also if i could get a quad core that i could upgrade in a year or so? As i heard the amd cant be upgraded too much. Thanks for the replies guys.

You can upgrade pretty much everything in the build I've put together for you. The PSU is solid and will support up to a 970 or 980 I think so you can keep it in for a while too.
