Best to lowest graphic card for P5N73-AM

I want to buy a decent graphic card under 5000k (INR 5000K) in india.

Please help me.
My system configuration is:
Quad core Q8400
4GB RAM
INTEX PSU 450W.

please help me.
I just want to play some games, want to connect my new Led monitor through HDMI as my MOBO dont hv and want to use 3D applications such as AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS ETC.

The best GPU in your budget is the R7 240. I found other graphic cards on the same price on FLIPKART which are as follows:
1. Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 240 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
2. Galax NVIDIA GT 730 EXOC 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Let me know which one is fine according to my specification and my PSU.

Also, my motherboard is too old and i think it has a PCIe x16 first generation may be, so can i connect those card as they are PCI EXPRESS 3.0.

Than go for the GT 730. It is a better GPU than then the R7 240.
