Where is ERP/EUP in ASROCK bios?

Cannot find it anywhere.

I've got some peripherals that light up when the computer is off and I find it annoying.
Already turned off ON/OFF Charge, problem persists.

Find it annoying to unplug the device each night, or turn off the PSU (Computer is in an awkward place)

Bios is updated.
MOBO: H87 Pro4
PSU: CX750

Reducing the standby power requires a combination of
1) EuP/ErP Ready Motherboard
2) EuP/ErP Ready Power Supply Unit

EuP Ready stands for Energy Using Product
According to ErP/EuP, the total AC power of the completed system shall be under 1.00W in off mode condition.

ErP Lot 6 European Union standard
The mandatory regulation in EU since 2010 that requires all PSUs to have no less than 50% efficiency under 100mA load in standby mode, at 230Vac input voltage

Compared with ErP/EuP, ErP/EuP 2.0 is stricter. Based on ErP/EuP 2.0 standard, the total AC power consumption of the completed system shall be under 0.5W in off mode in 2013
