Cheap pc build mid/high graphics 60fps 300$-500$

I'm looking for a pc build that runs assassin's creed rogue on mid/max, fifa 15 on max and cod on mid/high, but I don't want to spend a lot of money (at most 500). The best would be 300/400. I don't mind overclocking, so an intel pentium would do the job, but for graphic card, cooler (with overclock in mind) and power supply I'm not sure.

Thanks for the reply, the pc looks very good, although it is around 500$, but perhaps i can get some things cheaper. I will bookmark this one :)

I looked at the specs for some games, and this pc could run gta v on mid/high, so i think i'm going for this one. Is it smart to buy everything on the provided sites from pcpartpicker, because i live in europe? And does it need a cpu cooler, because it's not in your build, but i'm not sure if needed
