Good ping but i have a lag in multiplayer games.

I have a good ping but i have a lag when i running in my multiplayer games bf3,css everything stop for a 1-2 sec and resume again, but that is annoying and i fail in games.
This is heppened when i have pluged off my router and my modem and turn it back and i see this lags ingame.

I had lag problem too. how much Ram do you have ? i had 4gb of ram and was lagging because i had to little before i bought 8gb i helped my self with program Razer Cortex so all programs in the backround were closed so i had all of my 4gb of ram for games

But i dont whink you have lag problem. lag is lets say you click go left and it goes left after 2sec thats lag you have screen freezing try to install latest drivers and re-install the game

I have 4 GB of ram and i will try Razer Cortex now and is not a display problem i think it's a internet .
When i running it's stop everything only on multiplayer when i playing with bots in counter strike source i don't have freezing .
