URGENT help CPU and GPU compatability!!

Hello guys need some urgent help.

I am planning on upgrading my PC with the radeon r9 280 and I still don't know which cpu and motherboard would be good with this graphics card, i need a good one and need options. I have no exact "cashout" but the 370$/ 300 euros is a good place. Thank you very much, I really need urgent help. Thank!

an i5 and accompanying Motherboard would be a good fit for a mid range and up GPU like the r9 280.

the build here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-enthusiast-pc-build,4056.html might make for a good reference. just replace the i7 with the equivalent i5 and you will land within your budget.
