Best graphic cards for 100-150$

Hey guys!
For a long time i've been wanting to upgrade my pc's graphic card and i want you help...
To be honest im really lost and i dont even know how to look for a good card in fair prices, for games like The Witcher 2, Divinity: Original sin, Dark souls 2, Tomb Raider 2013, Injustice and if possible Dragon age: Inquisition.
By the way, my current GPU card is GeForce Nvidia 210, so i guess u can understand why i want a new one.
I have to mention that i dont want to run these games at ultra graphics, just in medium\+ graphics.

Price about 100$ - 150$.

These is my my PC's information, so please advice me what are the best price-quality ratio cards , and if i need to upgrade some more stuff except the ram that im probebly going to upgrade anyway to 4GB,:

GTX 750 would be your best bet. Save some money, get 2GB RAM, because you need it for games. And your PC needs an upgrade.

Best Graphics cards around that price point is probably a GTX 750ti or a R9 270 / R9 270x (if you can find it on sale).

But you will probably want 8 GB at least for your memory for today's games.

And honestly might wanna consider upgrading the rest of your build as well.

for your build getting a a gtx 750/750ti probably be the best bet.
If you have the wattage for it, getting a r9 270 would be the best performing card in that range, and easily ocs to 270x performance levels.

Any of these would be overkill for the rest of your system though.

I personally wouldn't add any more RAM to your current build, I would save up for a refresh all together. DDR2 RAM has become too expensive due to supply and demand which makes it not very appealing.

get a cheap gtx 730/740/750, as long as its gddr5 memory on it, and they will get you through.

Start saving for a brand new build, 600-1000$ is sweet spot for good performing gaming rigs.

DDR2's not far behind DDR3. I can find a 2x1GB kit on eBay for $10.

Thats not a bad price at all, I just remember some time ago I was looking at DDR2 memory for a friend of mine and the prices were ridiculous, I wonder if something happened to the production at some point to cause the price increase. I also didn't bother to look on ebay at the time, was looking at new.
