computer starts, screen starts and then the screen shuts off after some seconds

Hello guys.
I just cleaned my pc and when I put it back together and started it. Then what I described in the title happens

This might sound stupid, but did you remember to plug in the CPU fan into your motherboard? That could definitely cause your computer to shut down seconds after being powered up.
