Computer runs Extremely Slow and Hangs up

My computer has been running extremely slower than it used to. Opening google chrome takes forever any folder any program programs like games run just fine usually after they finally open im not sure where to start to try and fix the problem i think its my hdd i ran a test to test the blocks for errors it found 1 my computer for some reason is only using 4 out of the 10gb of my ram it says the other 6 is reserved hardware all help will be greatly appreciated thank you

This is most definitely a HDD problem if games run fine but loading files and programs is a large hassle.
By the way, you need to use 64 bit windows. You're currently using 32 bit windows, which limits your RAM to 4GB.

Is their anyway too fix the HDD so everything starts to respond and open quickly instead of taking forever and stop responding, and the OS being 32 bit i thought that would've been the problem but it says i a 64 bit operating system
