Not really, the card from PC World is a bit beefier, leading me to believe it will be a little better cooled and maybe longer overall. So keep that in mind if your case is tight on space.

The difference is the cooler mostly. The second one is clocked slightly higher (1140MHz vs 1102MHz) and has a better cooler that actually shuts off at low temperatures. I actually have the second one and I hardly have heard the fans spin up at all.

I edited this, I was originally looking at the stats for the Gaming 4G LE which is clocked a stock speeds
