Hello,
I was playing Dragon Age Inquisition last night and at some point I noticed game was very slow, went to task manager and saw that game was using 98% of memory. Closed it and even after restart of PC I had the same problem.
Now I just came back home from work and noticed the computer is running at same 98% memory usage.

specs:
ga-z97x-sli + i5-4690k
8gb ddr3 micron dual-channel 1600Mhz
ssd + 2tb hdd
Never had this problem before, only MB+Cpu are brand new 5 days since purchase.
I need to know if is easier and faster to just reinstall windows (7-10 minutes) or that won't solve the problem.
