Want to ask if anyone can suggest me the best build for my needs:

General purpose desktop. I would like to play Witcher 3, not fussy about having the highest graphical settings, maybe new games in the future. Movies, photoshop, vmware/networking programs are some of the other uses.

Budget is roughly £700, I don't need a copy of windows or any peripherals, greatly appreciate any help.
