Hello Toms, due to GTA V out I am now looking to add an extra GPU to my rig, only one thing bothers me, my PSU.
Now I have done some calculations in different sites and I didn't quite get it.
It said that H55 takes around 90 watts and H100 takes 105 watts is that true?
My rig spec is:
Intel i7 4790k watercooled H100, R9 290 HG10 watercooled H55, Asus RoG Maximus VII Hero, 8gb Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600mhz CL9,
Samsung 840 Evo 120gb SSD, WD Blue 1tb HDD, Evga Supernova G2 850w, Corsair
750D.
As you can see in my signature pic I have both coolers on now, the card I am looking to get is Asus R9 290. I know MSI and Sapphire are better but my rig is all Asus and Corsair based, that is the only reason.
Will my PSU cope with it?
