GTX 780 Help

Trying to play CSGO on my new computer running windows 8.1 but I keep getting an engine error message. It says "Your graphics hardware does not support all features (CSM) needed to run this game. Device Info: marked unsupported: 0 Supports PCF sampling: 0 DriverName: "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" VenderID: 0x1414 DeviceID: 0x25804407 DXLevel: 95 MinDXSupportLevel: 90 MaxDXSupportLevel: 95. I have a GTX 780 and I also tried installing the new updates for the driver but when it prompts me to restart and I do, the thing wont install the updates

It says that the update is Geforce Game Ready Driver for Grand Theft Auto V. Is this the update that you are trying to install? I don't see the Basic Render Driver. I must have installed it already. Sorry.

Even though it is a different update my update failed just like yours. Not sure what is going on. The funny thing is even though it failed, when I did a check for updates it says that my system is up to date. Try doing a check again even though it failed.

I don't have that game what is CSGO. I have other steam games and can try them to see if there is an update needed. Is it Counter Strike you are playing?

Another thing, I try to click on the things on the top like shield, my rig, and etc but it wont let me click it. Have the same problem?

Nope no problems. I installed the game and it works fine. I tried to search for updates but it says my system is up-to-date. Might try uninstalling the GeForce Experience and reinstalling.
