hard drive make loud rumble noise and slows down when i start pc

this has started recently abut did it sometimes before occasionally when loading something but now its all the time mostly when i start up the pc slows down and disk usage is at 100% when theres only like .6 mbs in use also ive ran multiple virus scans nothing comes up and its a wd blue and my pc specs are
i5-3470
gtx 750ti
wd blue

Sorry that you are having some issues with your WD Blue. :(
I would agree with the other guys and say that you need to back up the data that is stored on the drive as soon as possible.
After that, you can test the drive with WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool. If the results show that there is something wrong with the drive(as they will most probably do, if the HDD is causing the noise), it may be a good idea to get another one.

I have had a hard drive that did the same thing and a few days later it died and i had to buy a new one. i didnt recognize the problem until it was too late and i lost everything So if at all possible, back up everything ASAP. or risk losing everything on the hard drive.
