My computer is old (its built for win98) but i have been upgrading it for a while and all of a sudden i plug it back in and it sort of turns on ie everything spins and stuff but it doesnt actually do anything and the orange light is on i really need my computer to work (trying to code) but i just cant figure out what the friggin problem is and i could use some help, its an old Omni Tech Corporation computer that i have installed windows xp on, any ideas?
