I have laptop HP Compact 6910p 3GB RAM 1TB HDD, So can I upgrade the CPU from T7100 1.8Ghz >>to>> T9500 2.6 Ghz.. the socket number it's same but i'm not the CPU is supported or not?.. Maybe i can buy more RAM or anything else...

It seems the T9500 is compatible since the laptop had this CPU as an option as shown on page5.

If you have a 32-bit OS adding additional memory will not help you at all since the OS will not be able to use it.
