Hi,

I have a Dell inspiron 15R with i5 and 8gb of ram along with AMD 8670 2gb. Will gta 5 run on iT?

It will run, but you might need to tone down the graphically intensive games in order to run it smoothly, due to the GPU being somewhat low-end.

seeing that its at the level of the 8800gt w/c is the minimum requirement yes, but it'll run extremely horribly bad but yeah it'll run. i'd recommend upgrading your gpu to a gtx 750ti at least (you won't need to change your psu).

The Dell inspiron 15R is a laptop. The dedicated GPU cannot be upgraded.

The Radeon HD 8670m should be decent enough to play GTA V at 1366x768 with a mix of low and medium settings. That is only a guess since I have not seen any benchmarks / videos of GTA V beginning played on a moderately priced laptop.
