For some reason whenever I play games like skyrim or GTA V I lower my settings to basically the lowest but I still get around 30-40 fps that drops below 30. I had a GTS 450 and it honestly seemed to run quite better than the GTX 660 Ti . I'm totally confused at this point because I know there might be some bottlenecking, but wouldn't the 660 at least help the performance a tiny bit?
