Which case fan (preferably blue led) is good?

I came across with case fans that they claim as super silent but... sounded like a vacuum cleaner. i want something silent. dont worry about RPM. i have a fan controller.
BUT i want the fans to have a LED cable, to connect to a led switch to turn them off at night.

i know the cooler master jetflos are good thats what im running in my case just keep the rpms below 1200 but they will move alot of air even that slow but u wont be able to turn off the leds thogh

I recommend the Aerocool Dead Silence range as they are really quite (a friend of mine has 2) and they look really nice, they also have blue LEDs. 120mm blue led and pwm is optional as i am plugging it into a fancontroller
but i want that led cable splitter thing. that way i can turn off the leds without turning off the whole fan.

Bit Fenix Spectres/pro's as previously mentioned. Corsair AF/SP dependent on set up or just some plane ol' fans with an LED strip close by
