Witch motherboard is better a used MSI z97- G45 or a New Asrock Fata1lty z87 killer

The Used MSI z97-G45 i found on ebay for $140 with 2 years warranty left on the board

or a Brand new Z87 killer (Witch will need to be updated for it to work with my CPU) for $100

if your choice is only between the 2 you listed then the MSI would be my choice.
