why does that sumsung ssd is slow ?

but someone told me here in that forum
test the ssd with magician and if it not getting 500 mb /s then don't buy it because it used
but only used for 3 days
and the person who wanna sell it to me secure erase it 4 times
also wear leveling count is 1

trim should be enabled if using windows 7 or higher by default--run the perfomance optimisation in magician then enable rapid mode

to check trim open command prompt as administrator and type fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify
should come up with a zero if trim is enabled

I did not yet run the perfomance optimisation also I did not enabled rapid mode
can that be the proplem why the ssd slow ?
also I have 2 hdds for my games and media does it safe to enable rapid mode if I have hdds also in my system ?

It can also be Old Drivers
Go to iobit.com and Download Driver Booster 2.2 and Install it.Tap Scan and It will search for Missing,Corrupted and Outdated Drivers.For first Search,It will definitely find some Missing,Corrupted and Outdated Drivers.Tap Update All and It will automatically search and download the Latest Stable Version of the Drivers that are being Signed.It has major support to components and stuff.
It fixed my Blue screen Issue.Thanks

I did a fresh windows instal
what do you mean by amd controller or 3rd party ?
I connected the ssd to the sata 3 -6gbs port
also please I have a question
because smart report it that the
wear leveling count is 1 -does that affect the speed ?
also that ssd secure erased 4 times -does that also affecting the speed ?

dont worry about amd controller or 3rd party ? that doesnt apply to your board
did you install the intel drivers?
and my old samsung 830 has 13 on wear levelling and 2 on secure erase and still gives higher results than your
850 evo
and i have had no issues with rapid mode
