Corsair VS650w PSU is Good For Asus gtx 960 OC 2GB ???

Please Help me ....
I just brought asus gtx 960 oc 2gb,,, but when i run it on my computer(during running games like FARCRY 4) a black screen comes and computer reboots .... I don't know Why,,,

My PC Specification
CPU= i5 4670
PSU= ZEB-450w(dsata plus)------------------------(i think it is the problem )
RAM= corsair 8 GB 1600Mhz
SSD= kingstone 128 gb
Mother Board = GA-B85M-HD3 gigabyte

Everything works without the graphics card installed?

If so, then I am going to have to agree with you that i think it is your PSU as well.

The CX/CXM, VS, RM, and CS lines by corsair are all not that great when compared to power supplies of a similar price point. If going to get a new power supply, pick one from Tier 1 or 2 located here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

I understand some people have had luck with lower quality power supplies. But why buy a lower quality power supply when for around the same price you can get something more reliable.
