Hey everyone, i'd really appreciate your help regarding this matter.

I've been having some problem as of a few days ago in the form of shutdown/restart problems where the PC is trying to do shutdown/restart for a solid 3-4mins and then the BSOD happens. another thing that i've noticed is that when the pc wakes up after a stand by, no installation takes progress whatsoever, could it be linked or described as a "time-out" of some sort? dunno.

i've been trying to solve this matter by updating whatever i could, nothing else can be updated, and also did "sigverif" and "chkdsk" and neither found any problem.

my specifications are:
ASUS Z97 Mark II Sabretooth Motherboard
Intel Core i7 4790k 4ghz
16gb of RAM
Intel SSD 128gb
2nd HDD Hitachi 1TB
GeForce GTX760 Gigabyte
Samsung LED TV as monitor

and also here's my latest dump file from my BSOD:

Thanks a lot :) <3

Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Virtual Miniport Adapter Driver
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\vpnva64-6.sys Fri Nov 30 08:36:10 2012
this driver failed to respond correctly to a low power request, update the driver or disable the systems ability to change the network cards power state.

maybe look here for a update:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/security/anyconnect-vpn-client/tsd-products-support-series-home.html

there are other potential issues with your build but this is the most likely cause of this problem.
