Hi!

So I'm wondering if I could run gta v on the lowest settings preferably at 1280x720 or even 1600x900 on the lowest settings.

I have a Pentium G645 2.9Ghz Dual Core CPU and a Nvidia GT610 1GB with 4GB of 1333Mhz of RAM. I have a oc on my gpu of 45% and according to kombuster (msi's benchmarking tool) there is a 8fps difference between oc'd and non oc'd. I plan on running the game with all tasks in the background closed. I don't mind 30fps but as long as I can run it on 720p at over 30fps, then it's fine to me. I think I can run it since the game is pretty optimised.

Solution
There is a sticky for this in the forum.

In short, with those specs no, you won't be able to. It will be utterly unplayable, even if you managed to launch it.

#5 POST and growing...

Always always alway got a 'can I run it' questions, then GO TO

WWW.CANIRUNIT.COM and look for yourself. The RECOMMENDED hardware is what will make the game 'like I saw on youtube'. If you don't have it then NO it won't play like you saw on youtube. You can either PAY TO PLAY (PC Gaming is expensive) or settle for a PS4 which then you will never have to ask this question again
