hello,
currently I'm runing Thermaltake SMART SE 630W PSU.
recently I've bought 2nd graphic card: GeForce MSI GTX 660TI PE for SLI (1st card is exactly the same).

as i found out: this PSU won't handle my SLI (correct me if I'm wrong), and probably I need to buy new one.

so, my qestion is: what would You have advice me to buy ?
(I'm looking for good price to quality option - not the cheapest but I don't plan any further investements to this setup, so extra power will not be needed)

if it's helpful - I run with one SSD and one HDD disk and 1 DVD drive/ i5 3570K @3,4 GHz/ 2x4GB PC3 1333MHz

thanks in advance

you need to have 2 6 pin connectors to run the card. since you only have two connectors, and you need four, I would reccomend getting a new power supply that has 4 6 pin connectors, OR you can get a molex to 6 pin adapter. which...

I think that you should be fine with that power supply. Since the 660ti power edition cards only draw about 150 watts during heavy load, adding a second one will be no problem. The only thing you have to worry about is the connectors. since 1 card requires 2 6 pin connectors, you will have to look to see if your power supply has two extra 6 pin connectors. If it does not, you can get either a molex to 6 pin adapter, (if you have extra molex cables)

thx for reply,
one more question thoughabout connectors, just to be sure (sorry for asking obvious, and not usig right terms - i'm noob here):
there are 2x 6pin inputs to each card, so i need 4 of them total for two cards,
and since I have only 2 PCI-E outputs in PSU (you were right above),
i'm assuming that for one PSU PCI-E output i can have one connector with 2 x6pin input to card - correct ?
(i'm asking bocuse currently i have connectors: 1output = 1input, and both of them are used for current card)
