and is that graphics card overclocked by manufacturer

It should run on your PC, and yes it is factory overclocked by the manufacturer; however you can overclock further.
I'm pretty sure there won't be a bottleneck. You need to make sure you have at least a 500w power supply, or 850w if you're going to have a crossfire setup.
