Hello Everyone please help me ,I'm having this problem for about a year now, I kept asking for help and assistance to my ISP provider but they always say the same thing which is there is no problem with my account and on their site. I dont know what to do and i cant play online games anymore cause it just makes me Rage. This spikes from stable 80-90 or sometimes 20-25 to 600+,700+ and most of the time 1000+ cause too much of problem whenever i play online games. I experience the sudden"freeze" or "pause" of animation for about 1-2 secs every 5-10 secs and then when it goes back to normal it fast forwards. Those freeze or pause things happen exactly when my latency or ping spikes happen. I dont know what causes this problem. I'm using direct line from my modem to my Computer and im the only one using the internet and wifi is off. I also tried it with my laptop directed and still i experience this knowing that it is not my network card or something that doing this. Please guys help me solve this thanks
