Hi guys.
I'm experincing lag(low fps?) in lol and infinite crisis. I have just installed a new ssd and reinstalled from scratch on it and updated all drivers avalible.
It worked fine on top settings, on my old HDD. Now it lags even on lowest settings.

my specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3
processor: AMD phenom(tm) ii x6 1090t processor 3.2ghz
Graphicscard: MSI N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC - Grafikkort - GF GTX 750 Ti - 2 GB GDDR5 - PCI Express 3.0 x16 - DVI, D-Sub, HDMI
RAM: Kingston hyperx genesis ddr3 2x4gb khx1600c9d3x2k2/8gx
ssd: Kingston SSDNow SV300S3B7A/120G

Solution
That motherboard has 2 of the older SATA2 plugs, they are 2 isolated plugs above the other 4. Make sure you didnt plug your SSD into those. The main things holding you back with that set up is that your mobo only goes to PCIe 2.0, so your GPU isnt fully being used. If you do have a bottleneck that is fixable, it would be at the CPU. Try Overclocking your CPU and see if you get better performace.
In League, does the on-screen display that your frames are getting low or is just because the game is getting choppy (lagging). If its just from lagging, then its a network problem. I play LoL too.
