I have an ASRock FM2A78M-ITX+ mobo, an AMD X4 860K CPU, and a single stick of Crucial Ballistix Sport 8gb DDR3 RAM. I have tried to look on ASRock's website to find the compatibility of these two parts (after I already bought them, stupid me) and I know for a fact that one of these, if not both, are not compatible. I am very new to PC Building and I am having a hard time figuring out, on my own, which of these parts are not compatible. Any help is much appreciated.

Solution
It's not listed on the Crucial site: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/ASRock/fm2a78m-itx-
but it doesn't mean that it will not work. I suggest firstly solving the BIOS issue.

P1.30, I know it has to be updated to P1.60, but I still don't know if the RAM will be compatible with the motherboard after that. I already tried to contact ASRock about getting an updated BIOS chip but there hasn't been enough time for them to reply yet.
