Gta 5 problem. weird green flashes on screen and crashes. err_gfx_d3d_init and display driver has stopped

So theres some pictures ill be sending afterwards, i can play like couple minutes and then those random green things are flashing and then the crash approaches afterwards. Is it because of my Gpu is problemy? temp is okay, other games are fine, Gta runs on 50fps on veryhigh grpx, i've tried with lowest settings also .

Specs.
Grpx: amd r9 280x
Cpu: Amd phenom II x4 965 3,4ghz.
8Gb ram
Win 7 64bit

it sometimes flashes some specific objects, but sometimes randomly flashes over screen.
and it sometimes says error " Err_gfx_d3d_init" i have googled it, many gta players have the problem, but whats up with the green thing on the screen? And sometimes it doesnt hit the error.

It's probably your gpu, what temps are you hitting?
What core/mem clocks are you running?
What voltage is everything running at, like VDDC.
You can use gpuz to get all this info.

That looks like video memory corruption. That kind of corruption doesn't usually cause a crash though, but a too-high clock speed usually does. Are you overclocking at all? If not, what specific model is your 280x? Some factory overclocked models from certain vendors have been known to occasionally ship with too low a voltage to run the higher-than-reference speeds and may require either downclocking or overvolting to compensate.

i know grpx have been used as gold miner. and i havent clocked neither, gpu or cpu and um its: MSI Radeon R9 280X Twin-Froze Edition 3GB

Try down clocking the gpu, sounds like it's artifacts, even if Temps are fine it could be unstable

Try updating your drivers or rolling back to the later drivers. Is it all games that artifact or just the 2 your mentioned?

Did you try underclocking like everyone suggested? Specially the memory. I would set clock at 800 and memory at 900 and see if the problems stop.

how can i fix that? i already tried googling, still having that. i cleaned pc, took every part out, messed with regeit, installed updates, used ms fixit, idk.. temp is fine also

I've watched a few livestreams of gta and saw some flickering much like yours, it could the game engine. I would say wait it out and see if a few patches come and resolve the issue

I got it back from warranty, and nomore error, "i got a new one" but it seems its faulty again, because package was ripped when i got it.
