I wanted to overclock my processor i5 4690k to 4.2ghz so I set my multipliers to 42.. but then task manager sees it as a max speed of 4.2 ghz however the speed goes till 5ghz.. is this a glitch or something? I don't want it so highly I oc'd in bios (mobo: MSI z97m)
